Getting Down to Details: How to Use Velocity Reports to Up Your Game on Sourcing Local Food
You're invited to join us for the first webinar in our Getting Down to Details series, designed to improve the way New England's farm and sea to campus supply chain works. This webinar will be focused on velocity reports, a tool used by food service managers to track inventory and determine how quickly food on hand will be depleted. Mike Webster, the general manager of dining services at The Hotchkiss School in Connecticut, will provide participants with tips to analyze their local food buy, balance the budget after selecting higher priced local products, and more.
This supply chain webinar series is co-hosted by the New England Farm & Sea to Campus Network and Farm to Institution New England. Mark your calendar for "Getting Down to Details: How to Use Velocity Reports to Up Your Game on Sourcing Local Food" on Nov. 15th at 2 pm, then stay tuned for more information!
